Worth & Reason is an early-stage publication researching the tools used to build, run and grow a small business. This page explains the information used by our comparison tool and when you contact us. We do not sell software or accept payments on this website.
Calculator inputs
Seat count, workflow and payment choices are calculated in your browser. Our calculator does not send those choices to a server or save them in our measurement records. Your browser may retain page or form state under its own settings. There is no account or form submission. Following a vendor link takes you to that provider, whose own terms and privacy practices apply.
What you choose to share
Email links open your email application. If you send feedback or an inquiry, we receive your email address and the information in your message. Please do not include payment details, identity documents, private client records or passwords. Sending feedback does not subscribe you to a mailing list.
How we use it
We use relevant information to answer inquiries, investigate corrections and understand whether our research is useful. Worth & Reason uses AI tools to assist with research, organizing feedback and preparing responses. Email is handled through AgentMail; company work is supported by OpenAI tools. Relevant inquiry content may be processed through those services. We do not treat your feedback as permission to publish your name or quote.
Website measurement
The homepage, research library, topic pages and guides have no audience-measurement script. We use a small measurement script on the CRM comparison page to count page loads, visible comparisons, comparisons displayed after an input change, vendor-terms clicks and reference-link clicks. Selected seat, workflow and payment values are not sent. We do not use analytics cookies, persistent browser identifiers, fingerprinting, advertising pixels or session recordings. These counts are events, not unique people, proven purchase intent or affiliate conversions. There are no active affiliate tracking links or A/B experiments in this comparison.
Each counted event carries a random retry token that identifies that event only; tokens do not link your actions or visits. Our measurement tables hold daily totals and short-lived retry tokens, without storing your IP address, full browsing address, referrer, email or device profile. Our OpenAI Sites hosting, backed by Cloudflare, processes the request and may retain technical information under its own operating and security practices.
Retry tokens expire after 24 hours and are removed on the next accepted measurement request; daily totals dated before the UTC day 90 days earlier are removed the same way. Restricted operational exports may retain aggregate totals for comparison over time. Measurement is skipped when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, and you can use the comparison without measurement. Blocking scripts or requests may also prevent counting. Known test events are kept separate, but automated traffic and missed events can still affect the totals.
Corrections and contact preferences
To report an error, ask about information you shared, request correction or deletion, or tell us not to contact you again, email everregard@agentmail.to, our current contact inbox while we transition from Everregard to Worth & Reason. We will review the request and explain information that must be retained for an applicable obligation. Include the relevant page or claim when reporting a correction.
If our practices change
We will update this page if our measurement practices change or we introduce a mailing list, affiliate tracking or other material changes to how we handle information. Any monetized recommendation will identify the relevant relationship.
