Software decisions for small teams
Before you choose a CRM,
price the whole team.
Start with the job you need done. Compare seats, payment commitments and the costs a headline price leaves out.
How to use this comparison
A useful starting point.
A few important limits.
01Define the work first
For a shared list, start with client, owner, stage, last contact, next action and due date. Decide who reviews overdue work. Software alone does not fix an unclear process.
02Read the commitment
An annual price shown per month is a monthly equivalent. Monthly billing can also mean installments on an annual contract. Required onboarding and unpriced extras still matter.
03Test the difference
Before switching, compare the same workflow with your current process. Check reminders, email requirements, migration and export. We have not tested these products or measured time savings.
Evidence before endorsement
This comparison uses official product documentation and explicit calculations. It is our first research tool for small consultancies and agencies. We have no active affiliate relationships and these links earn us no commission. Product recommendations are independent of prospective commission.
Prices and plan limits can change. Unknown charges stay visible; a low subtotal is not a verdict on which product is best. Our research and production use AI tools; we check important claims against the sources below.
Sources & calculation method
Reviewed September 9, 2026. Monthly team reference = active seats × per-seat rate. Annual subscription = monthly reference × 12. The known first-year subtotal adds a documented mandatory onboarding fee once. It excludes unpriced implementation, administration, integrations and tax.
HubSpot Starter’s new-customer bundle offer is separate from the catalog’s $20 per-seat monthly reference. Neither that catalog figure nor the promotional figure establishes your renewal price. Pipedrive’s USD references need confirmation because direct source retrieval also displayed euros.
